These interior designed one and two bedroom apartments and duplexes feature elegant living and dining areas, king size beds, fully equipped kitchens and beautiful bathrooms, fusing contemporary style with the space to work, relax and entertain.
The apartments are located within easy reach of major corporates including Rolls Royce, Bombardier and the Toyota Motoring Corporation.
Situated on the fringe of Derby's City Centre the apartments are ideally located for all commercial areas and business park's of the city. Close by, there is a wealth of bars, shops, restaurants and museums. The University of Derby and the city centre are within easy walking distance. Transport links are superb, allowing quick access to surrounding towns and cities. Derby is also the gateway to the Peak District National Park, with some of the UK's most stunning scenery and oldest heritage sites, just a short journey away.

East Midlands Airport is located approximately 15 miles from SACO Derby, taking just over 20 minutes in the car. The Derby Skylink also travels to and from Derby city centre and the airport on a regular basis.
A pre-booked taxi transfer can be booked from East Midlands Airport to the apartments from £42. Please book through SACO reservations team.
By Bus
Derby Central Bus Station is less than a mile from our SACO apartments and will take approximately 15 minutes when walking. Local and national bus services are available from here.
By Car
The apartments are located approximately 8 miles from the M1 motorway, junction 25.
By Train
Derby train station is located 1.5 miles from SACO Derby, taking 25 minutes when walking. Trains to and from all major cities are available from here.
