1. Open to residents of UK & Channel Islands, aged 18 or over, excluding employees and families of SACO or any associated company. No purchase necessary.
2. The prize weekend comprises: a weekend for 4 persons in a SACO Derby serviced apartment, comprising of 2 nights accommodation, and four complimentary one day entry at Alton Towers, excluding travel costs, food and beverages, telephone call charges, travel insurance, and all other incidental costs and gratuities (the cost of all extras are the responsibility of the winner).
3. Only applicable for weekend stays, subject to availability. The accommodation must be taken on a Friday and Saturday night. This weekend prize must be redeemed by: 31st December (excluding selected dates over Christmas)
4.The Prize is subject to SACO's standard terms and conditions for the rental of serviced apartments, which can be found at http://www.sacoapartments.co.uk/terms_and_conditions.
5.The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter including an interview by a SACO representative for a profile feature which may appear on the Internet.
6.The winner may (by telephone email or post) accept or decline the Prize, offered on these terms and conditions, within 7 days of being notified as winner. A replacement winner will then be drawn at random from the remaining entries.
7.The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternative, in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to alter any arrangements or the Prize due to unavoidable necessity or where circumstances alter.
8.Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified from the draw. Each entrant may submit only once.
9.The instructions to enter shall be incorporated as part of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
10.Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, incomplete or corrupted entries. Proof of posting or sending will not be proof of receipt. No bulk entries or entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted.
