Case Study One - 70-80 project workers, Nottingham, 6-24 months
We are currently providing flexible accommodation for 70-80 workers in Nottingham for a major international industrial and energy conglomerate. Individuals are housed for between 6 months and 2 years in one and two bedroom apartments all equipped to SACO standards. We set up two clusters of accommodation in safe areas of the City, with a clear focus on accessibility to make transport easy for both the individuals and the company.
Case Study Two - 4 senior execs & families, Bristol, Relocation
An international aerospace business urgently needed 4 houses in Bristol for the relocation of senior executives and their families on long term contracts in the UK. Working on a deliver time of less than 4 weeks, we found the ideal properties to meet an exacting set of requirements including access to particular schools and other family resources. After providing very detailed information to the families involved, SACO arranged all the leases, furnished and equipped the houses prior to arrival, and managed the accommodation for them for 12 months.
Case Study Three - 8 highly flexible apartments, Cambridge
A hi-tech electrical engineering firm required accommodation for a team working on a project in Cambridge. Due to the specialist skills of the team, and the uncertainty of the duration of the project, the firm required a high level of flexibility but with tight budgetary limitations. SACO sourced 8 serviced apartments which the company could use on rotation and extend on a monthly basis, all within their financial requirements.
Case Study Four - 15 project workers, Edinburgh, 10-14 months
Following an initial accommodation request from an international engineering firm for an ongoing project, SACO sourced 15 apartments in multiple locations throughout Edinburgh for a period of 10-14 months.
